🥇Cybersecurity on a new edge
Securonix🇺🇸, the cybersecurity company has raised a new round of $1Bn led by Vista.
Securonix founded in 2008 is working to radically transform all areas of data security with actionable security intelligence. Their technology is used globally to address the most basic and complex needs around advanced persistent threat detection and monitoring, high privileged activity monitoring, enterprise, and web fraud detection, application risk monitoring, and access risk management.
Before this round, the company has fundraised $100M backed by several investors such as Eight Roads Ventures and Volition Capital.
The funds will be deployed to keep investing in the technology and the growth.

🥈Logistics in a digital world
2 Important operations happened last week in the Logistic Tech ecosystem:
Relex Solutions 🇫🇮 raises €500 million in Blackstone led round, now at €5 billion valuation. RELEX Solutions, founded in 2005 provides an integrated retail and supply chain planning system that delivers results for customers around the world. In total, the company has raised $800M.
Veho 🇺🇸 raises $170M at $1.5 billion in Tiger Global-led fundraise. The company founded in 2016, offers an end-to-end parcel delivery carrier for e-commerce companies. It is powered by next-generation technology and final mile crowdsourcing. In total, the company has raised $300M.

🥉Semi-conductor the “Grey” Gold
This sector is definitly in the big hype. After last week annoucement that European Commission was willing to invest $2Bn, this week it is the Intel 🇺🇸 which announce acquirirng Tower Semiconductor 🇮🇱 for $5.4B to build on custom foundry strategy.
Tower Semiconductor was founded in 1993 and manufactures analog integrated circuits for various industries like automotive, medical, industrial and aerospace.
Intel’s acquisition of Tower Semiconductor is complementary and enables IFS to become an end-to-end foundry, increasing its footprint and capability.
